NIA Portal is a unique online Secure Case Management system with an online interface where clients can enter their instructions and log in at any time to revisit their cases, submit further instructions and communicate with our Investigators directly.
This Portal means our clients enjoy control over their matters, experience ‘real time’ tracking of the progress of matters, and are kept in the loop of case management updates. All records of communication and documents relating to a file are safely stored and are archived once a matter is completed.
This system also includes a mobile phone interface designed for our investigators to update clients remotely and on the ‘go’.
